All items available in our shop (apparel, accessories, collector’s items, etc.) are carefully prepared in our facilities before shipping. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and then handed over to our logistics partners. Delivery is carried out within an average of 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to locate your package at every step of its journey.

Once your online reservation is confirmed, you will receive a detailed email within 24 hours containing:
- practical information (location, schedule, access)
- order summary
- participation terms
No printing is required: simply present your name or reservation number on the day of the event. We remain available at all times to answer any questions you may have before your session.
